Treasure Chest
An Upgrade sits in the right column; each use spends one of its uses. Its Quality is rolled when it is offered, and Buff raises it one step at a time.
By quality

| Improved | all → Golden +1 | Every letter tile on the board turns into a Golden tile, each with +1 point. Multiplies the word score by the number of Golden tiles in the word. |
| Flawless | all → Golden +2 | Every letter tile on the board turns into a Golden tile, each with +2 points. Multiplies the word score by the number of Golden tiles in the word. |
| Marvelous | all → Golden +3 | Every letter tile on the board turns into a Golden tile, each with +3 points. Multiplies the word score by the number of Golden tiles in the word. |
| Perfect | all → Golden +4 | Every letter tile on the board turns into a Golden tile, each with +4 points. Multiplies the word score by the number of Golden tiles in the word. |
