Long Word Gift
A Modifier sits in the left column and works on every word until you sell it. Its Quality is rolled when it is offered, and Buff raises it one step at a time.
By quality

| Normal | 8+ → upgrade | If the word has at least eight tiles, get a random common upgrade at Normal quality (when there is room). |
| Improved | 8+ → upgrade | If the word has at least eight tiles, get a random common upgrade at Improved quality (when there is room). |
| Flawless | 8+ → upgrade | If the word has at least eight tiles, get a random common upgrade at Flawless quality (when there is room). |
| Marvelous | 8+ → upgrade | If the word has at least eight tiles, get a random common upgrade at Marvelous quality (when there is room). |
| Perfect | 8+ → upgrade | If the word has at least eight tiles, get a random common upgrade at Perfect quality (when there is room). |
