Joker
An Upgrade sits in the right column; each use spends one of its uses. Its Quality is rolled when it is offered, and Buff raises it one step at a time.

- v0.275.0 · 2026-10-25 New on the Balance: Unique tiles. The first one is Midas, a golden Joker that stays on the board once drawn, turns the tiles beside it Golden and gives them 75% of its points.
- v0.255.0 · 2026-10-24 Joker upgrade: a tile already in the submit bar now stays in its spot as a Joker for the same letter, instead of going back to the board.
- v0.235.0 · 2026-10-24 A special Joker (Emerald, Golden, Diamond, Spreader) keeps its look in the word bar too.
- v0.235.0 · 2026-10-24 Joker upgrade: it turns a letter tile into a joker.
- v0.229.0 · 2026-10-24 Underdog now counts Jokers: a Joker standing for a consonant is worth 0, so it is the one Underdog multiplies.
